Day 1: Arrival in the evening
Day 2: Region of Aix en Provence –
Discovering the flavors of the AOC Coteaux of Aix en Provence
From 9 :30 to 5pm
Visit of a vineyard. Oenology class learning about the vocabulary and flavors of wine, lunch.
Day 3: Avignon –
Discovering the flavors of superior vintages of Châteauneuf du Pape and AOC Côtes du Rhône
From 10 to 11:30am- Visit of a vineyard that produces organic wines and winetasting.
12 :00 Lunch in a Avignon restaurant
2 to 6pm- Visit of the historical sites Palace of the Popes and the bridge of Avignon.
Day 4: Luberon –
Discovering the flavors of the AOC Côtes du Luberon
Visit of the tiny hilltop villages of the Luberon - something you can’t miss - through unforgettable landscapes that the agency heartily recommends: Camera required!
9am to 2 :30pm – Cooking class given by a Provençal chef where you will prepare copious dishes of a thousand flavors and colors, as we say in Provençal.
3 to 4pm- Winetasting and visit of an unusual museum that displays corkscrews from around the world and through the ages.
Day 5 : Alpilles –
Discovering the flavors of the AOC Les Baux de Provence
A walk through a vineyard exploring the world of Biodynamic wines followed by a winetasting.
Meal in a restaurant of St Rémy de Provence, a village of the Alpilles area that you must see!
Afternoon of shopping
Day 6 : Camargue –
10am to 2:30pm – A wonderful local chef, awarded a star by the Guide Michelin , a disciple of the indisputable master chef Ducasse , will welcome you to his extraordinary vegetable garden.
Harmonizing dishes and wines, gourmet meal served with wines from every region visited. Accord
3pm- Activities – A horse ride discovering the splendid scenery of the Camargue or a hike, as you wish, to admire, among others, pink flamingoes, in the heart of their nesting land, a unique part of the world.

We are able to offer you an oenologist guide who will accompany you during your stay and who will drive you to different sites.
