The owner uses canal water to water the garden, only in the evening so as to avoid water evaporation. He maintains the garden with natural fertilizers.
There is a selective recycling system in place.

The entrance of the house is on ground level. There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, there is a step in the shower. The doors are not wide enough for large wheelchairs.
