Located in the countryside of the village of Taillades, at the entrance to the natural park of the Lubéron.
You're about 5 kms from Cavaillon, 15kms from Gordes, 13kms from l'Isle sur la sorgue, 65 kms from Aix en Provence and 30 kms from Avignon.
A lot of hiking trails are right next to the house.
This country house is divided into 3 independent lodgings, one being occupied by a couple of caretakers, sheltered from the view of the other 2 rental lodgings

Fenced land of 2 hectares, planted with trees, heated swimming pool (12x6, depth of 0.80m to 1.60m, in service from April 1st to October 15th, alarm type security system).
2 terraces of 150 m2 in total, one opening onto the 'Temps des secrets' area + one terrace (30m²) opening onto the 'Bucoliques' area, each one equipped with stylish garden furniture.
BBQ, ping-pong table, lounge chairs and interior parking lot.

PART 1 : LES TEMPS DES SECRETS (280M²)
Downstairs: Sitting room (80 m2) with breakfast nook, television 16x9, telephone, Wifi Internet access. Spacious provençale kitchen (40 m2) with modern and good quality equipment ( Lacanche range cooker, American fridge, large festive table, ...). Equipped laundry room: washing machine, dryer and cupboards.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with view on the park and in each one a private mezzanine :
- 2 very spacious'Master' bedrooms (50 m2 each), equipped, for each one, with 2 beds of 80x200cm with electrical remote control and a washroom with bath, shower, double sink and toilet.
- 2 double bedrooms with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm each; an authentic wooden staircase leading to the mezzanine. Each is equipped with a washroom with shower and washbowl.

PARTIE 2 : LES BUCOLIQUES (100m²)
Old sheep barn, entirely restaured, with a fully furnished sitting room, decorated with care, equipped with a TV, and a provençale kitchen area.
3 Bedrooms looking out on the park : 1 bedroom with a double bed (two 80 x 200 cm) with electrical remote control ; 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 x (90 x 200 cm), and 1 bedroom with a double bed double and an adjoining washroom (shower, washbowl and toilet).
1 washroom with bathtub, sink and independent toilet,
Sleeps: 14 people maximum; Security deposit: €1500 ; End-of-stay cleaning fee: €300
Sheets and towels are included.
Pets not allowed. Nursery equipment is available.

Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.


Electricity according to consumption in the off season (From the 2nd week of September to the 2nd week of June include).

The owners planted natural tree species in the garden and use eco-certified cleaning products.
