Our guide propose a hike in the Provençal Colorado, in the very heart of the Luberon Natural Park.
A journey to discover ocher, multicolor rock created by nature.
You will admire magnificent sites and will observe the various layers of ochers formed by nature and revealed by human activity.
Breath-taking landscapes, unique in France.
It is a circle hike departing from the village of Rustrel.
In the open where the ochers are rather light.
You will admire beautiful 20-30 m high ocher cliffs with a variety of colors, from white to yellow to orange.
Seen from above from a balcony path, a beautiful panorama is there to enjoy.
A plunging view over the Cirque de Barriès and then more expanded on the cliffs, the fairy paths, other cirques nearby as well as the village of Rustrel and the Monts du Vaucluse.

You will be overwhelmed by this unique landscape with beautiful ocher cliffs with white and cream colors.
It is a former open-pit quarry with multicolor ocher.
You will see cutting fronts in a vast open-pit quarry with varied colors.
For this day, you will need good shoes and a good supply of water.
You should also plan a picnic (optional upon request).
You can participate in the hike, all levels, 6 to 18 people.
9 kilometers walked, 3 hours of exceptional panoramas.
