- A spacious living area, air-conditioned, decorated in a traditional style divided into 3 spaces:
An open-plan kitchen (10 m²) with an American fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and an induction hob (5 burners) and 2 ovens.
A living room (17 m²) air-conditioned with television, open to the dining room (25 m²).
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- 3 Air-conditioned bedrooms:
A bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed 160 with adjoining shower room (shower and 1 washbasin).
