Imagine yourself in this charming cottage, in the heart of a 4000m² wooded park, offering a private garden to fully enjoy nature. In front of the cottage, a 30m² shaded terrace, equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, invites you to savour moments of relaxation in the open air, sheltered from prying eyes. Adjoining the owners' house but completely preserved, this place guarantees your tranquillity. A beautiful secured swimming pool (10x5 m, depth of 1.60 m), to be shared with the owners, is also at your disposal, open from June 1st to October 26th to enjoy the pleasures of the water in complete serenity.
This village is very well known for its unique colours and its dominant position which allows you to enjoy a beautiful view of the surroundings. The alleys are amazing. Quality restaurants, Art Artists will share their passion with you.
The tennis court and the first equestrian centre are about 4 km away

A swimming pool is also at your disposal (10x5, depth 1.60 m, protection system of the type barrier and alarm, from 01/06 to 26/10)

Fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob).
2 BEDROOMS: 1 bedroom (20 m²) with a double bed 140. A (32 m²) mezzanine with 2 single beds, opening onto the living room.
Bathroom with 1 washbasin, shower and toilet, washing machine.
Deposit: €500; Cleaning fee: €70
Flat rate of €80/week for all hybrid or electric vehicles
Maximum occupancy: 3 people.
Pets not accepted.
