A private and heated swimming pool (12m x 4m - Depth 1.60 m - Safety type electric cover - accessible by steps) with numerous sun loungers (10) and several parasols (3).
A pool house with a cooking plate, a plancha and a garden lounge.
A terrace (90 m²) shaded on the south side by a beautiful arbour with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors
INTERIOR
This Provençal bastide in the Luberon has an area of 190 m² on 2 levels.
It is decorated with taste and with high-quality equipment.
GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (10 m²) with an American fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, two ovens, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and a ceramic hob.
A storeroom (5 m²) with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
A living room (40 m²) with television and satellite channels, a Hi-Fi system, a DVD and Blu-Ray player and a fireplace.
A dining room (10 m²) open to the kitchen.
