You will find all the Provençal charm, with its typical regional ceilings, and its carefully crafted decoration
This Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool benefits from a closed and tree-lined plot (the lucky ones in July will be able to eat apricots and cherries).
It is semi-detached on one side and has no opposite neighbours.
The garden is landscaped:
- with a pleasant terrace, shaded by an arbour dressed with a white linen cloth, enhanced with a garden lounge, a salt water swimming pool (10x4, with access steps, depth of 1.50m) with an alarm-type protection system, with a covered terrace equipped with sun loungers and a relaxation area.
- A patio with a relaxation area, a table with its chairs and 1 fridge.
- With 1 barbecue at your disposal (wood-fired).
- With a small vegetable garden of aromatic herbs, tomatoes... also available to tenants.
The land runs alongside a river (unsecured) very easily accessible by a staircase.
