You will find all the Provençal charm with its ceilings typical of the area and its thought-out décor in traditional style. The home includes:

American kitchen (16 m2) opening onto a dining corner with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, oven and gas cooktop (4 burners).
Spacious living-room (60m2), separated by an arch with a salon space (40m2) with fireplace, TV, DVD and WIFI and a dining-room (20 m2).
Utility room with washer and dryer.
A separate toilet.
SECOND FLOOR:
Foyer and relaxation space

1 bedroom (30m²) with a double bed 160.
1 bedroom (15m²) with a double bed 140.

- 1 BBQs are available (wood).
- A patio with a relaxation area, a table with its chairs and 1 fridge.
- A small aromatic herbs, tomatoes garden is also available to tenants.
The land borders a river (no secure) easily accessible by a staircase.
