This bright, single-storey house offers a tree-lined garden, a beautiful secure swimming pool, and an equipped pool house.
During your holidays in Gargas, you can explore the magnificent ochre trails in Roussillon or stroll through the market in Apt.
L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and Fontaine de Vaucluse are also very close (30 km).
Many nature activities can also be found nearby (horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, Golf).
The largest cities closest are CAVAILLON (35 km) and AVIGNON (60 km).
EXTERIOR
In a calm setting, facing due South, the exceptional location of this house will allow you to enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding nature (Rocher de Saignon, Mourre Negre), while relaxing on its pleasant terrace.
This lovely house with a swimming pool offers:
- A tree-lined garden of 1000 m², fully enclosed.
- A very pleasant stone pool house fitted with a kitchen area (oven, hob, fridge, crockery) and a wet room (shower + WC)
- A heated swimming pool from September 2021 (10x5, depth from 1m to 2m,
- open from April to end of October) secured by a roller shutter and fitted with a 125 m² terrace and sun loungers.
- A gas barbecue is at your disposal
- A parking area with 1 charging point for electric vehicles.
INTERIOR
Very bright thanks to its beautiful bay windows overlooking the view and the swimming pool, and on one level it offers on 130 m²:
- An independent kitchen (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, 3-burner gas hob).
- A spacious L-shaped living room equipped with beautiful bay windows overlooking the view, furnished with a dining area, a living room corner, fireplace, TV (HDMI socket), WIFI.
- A mezzanine with an office opening onto the living room with a single 90 bed. 4 rooms:
- 1 room (12 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds.
- 1 room (11 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds. (The 2 beds in this room can be combined to form a 180 cm double bed, request this when booking)
- 1 room (11 m²) with 2 twin 90 beds. (The 2 beds in this room can be combined to form a 180 cm double bed, request this when booking) For these 3 rooms, provide fitted sheets with 25cm flaps, if you have not chosen the linen option)
- 1 room (10 m²) with 1 additional 120 bed.
