This villa with private pool is situated in the countryside in a quiet residential area, approximately 3km from the village centre of the ancient medieval town of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne.
The village of Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne is rich in its glorious past. It has managed to preserve its Provençal soul. You will be able to discover ramparts from the 12th and 14th centuries, the château of Font-Ségugne, multiple squares, fountains and beautiful typical stone alleyways.
An exceptional panorama also opens up to you through the dominant position of this village
From the Campbeau plateau and the enchanting park of the chapel you will be able to admire the marvellous landscapes of Provence overlooking Mont Ventoux, the Vaucluse mountains, the Luberon and the Alpilles
You will also find shops and amenities there. Ideal for going to get your fresh bread and beautiful brioches each morning, or even to go and eat out
Numerous activities are also in the surrounding area, such as a public tennis court 4 km away, golf courses (in Avignon and Chateaublanc) and a riding centre 2 km away.
During the summer many festive and cultural events take place: votive festivals, festival of Provençal traditions, street painters' competitions, Provençal evenings, and the prestigious Avignon Festival (direct bus access to Avignon is possible)
