You are located approximately 5 km from Cavaillon, 15 km from Gordes, 13 km from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 65 km from Aix-en-Provence and 30 km from Avignon.
During your holidays in Taillades, you will be close to numerous hiking trails.
This Provençal bastide is divided into 3 independent properties with no overlooking, of which the 2 largest parts are offered for rental, sheltered from view, and 1 other occupied by a caretaker couple.
EXTERIOR
Enclosed 2-hectare plot, tree-lined with HEATED SWIMMING POOL (12x6, depth from 0.80 m to 1.60 m, operating period from 15/04 to 15/10, alarm-type safety system).
2 terraces totalling 150 m² opening onto the 1st MAS "Le Temps des Secrets" + one terrace (30 m²) opening onto the 2nd MAS "Les Bucoliques", each Mas is furnished with stylish garden furniture.
