A mobile gas barbecue
Numerous games for entertainment: A petanque court, a table football, a ping-pong table.
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool near Avignon has an area of 200 m², air-conditioned, decorated in a contemporary style.
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
The kitchen (20 m²) opening onto the outdoor terrace through bay windows.
It is equipped with an induction hob, an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine.
A utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a freezer and a fridge.
A dining room (20 m²) with a table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people.
A living room (40 m²) with TV (satellite channels), fireplace, WIFI.
1 independent WC with a hand basin.

1 bedroom (20 m²) with 2 single beds 90, on a mezzanine opening onto the walk-in wardrobe, accessible by a beautiful wrought iron staircase

2ND FLOOR:
1 bedroom (40 m²) with a 160cm bed and its adjacent bathroom (Shower, 1 washbasin, and WC)
Maximum sleeping capacity: 8 people.
Deposit: €1500.
End of stay cleaning: €180.
Household linen included (sheets, towels, tablecloths and tea towels). You need to bring your own pool towels.

Internet connection included.
Baby equipment available upon request: high chair and baby bed
Tourist tax according to the current rate. The farmhouse is semi-detached on the side. The owners live behind the farmhouse in an apartment.

Heating is a wood stove
Plantings are exclusively local species, and are maintained with organic fertilizers.
For watering, the owners favor irrigation water from the canal and water in the evening and morning, when the temperature is not too high.
