A pleasant heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 1.20 to 1.80 m) with alarm-type security system, in service from early May to end October
A large barn for parking several cars, adjoining the house (clean and tidy)
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool in Sénas is spread over two levels, with an area of 240 m².
It is tastefully decorated in a very well-maintained Provençal style. It is semi-detached on one side.

A kitchen (35 m²) equipped with:
Fridge, 3-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining table for 8 people
