- A relaxation area, fitted with a garden lounge and a barbecue area.
- A fenced swimming pool (7.5 x 4.10, maximum depth 1.9; service period from 04/23 to 09/30, security system of fence type).
- A lovely borie (ancient small stone shepherd's house)

1 large bedroom (22 m²) with 1 double bed 140.
1ST FLOOR:
Fitted kitchen (10 m²) with fridge, 3-burner gas and 1 electric hob, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Senseo, and microwave oven, open kitchen leading to a beautiful terrace fitted with garden furniture and enjoying a lovely view of the surroundings.
Living room (25 m²) with dining area, sofa and TV.
2 Bedrooms:
1 bedroom (11 m²) with 1 double bed,
1 bedroom (13 m²) with 2 single beds.
1 bathroom with 2 washbasins and a bathtub
1 WC.
