At the gates of the Camargue and its unique culture, this pleasant villa with a swimming pool welcomes you in a bucolic environment, in the heart of the plain, facing the Alpilles. Enjoy its tree-lined garden, its private salt water pool, its large sunny terrace, and its petanque court for an authentic and relaxing stay.
During your holidays in Moulès, explore the surrounding wide-open spaces, from the Alpilles hills to the Camargue plain, where nature offers a striking contrast.
The Camargue will amaze young and old with its horses, bulls and pink flamingos.
Along the way, discover typical Provençal villages, and don't forget that Arles, nicknamed "little Rome", with its ancient monuments listed as World Heritage, is only about thirty kilometers to the south.
You will also find many activities nearby, such as tennis, golf courses or even equestrian centres.
For a TGV arrival, prefer Arles (15 km) or Avignon (40 km). For an arrival by air, the nearest airports are those of Nîmes (30 km) and Marignane (60 km).
EXTERIOR
This pleasant holiday rental with a swimming pool in Moulès has a closed plot of 600 m², accessible by an electric gate, and where it is possible to park.
The garden is very pleasant and wooded (cypress, mulberry plane tree, laurels, apricot tree, olive tree). The garden is fitted with:
A pleasant private salt water swimming pool (8x5m, depth from 0.80 m to 1.80 m), accessible by steps and secured by an electric cover.
A beautiful 30 m2 terrace facing due south, fitted with an outdoor table, 7 chairs and 2 parasols. An outdoor shower.
A barbecue and an electric griddle.
A children's playground with a swing was located at the back of the rental, outside in the garden.
INTERIOR
This pleasant holiday rental with a swimming pool in Moulès extends over 130 m², spread over two levels.
It is decorated with care in a traditional Provençal style.
GROUND FLOOR:
A kitchen (12m2) equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, kitchen utensils, kitchen basics, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
A cellar (6m2) with washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
A living room (35m2) with fireplace, fan, TV (with cable channels) and DVD player.
A dining room (15m2), adjoining the living room.
A home office in the living room.
An air-conditioned room with 2 single 90 beds that can be brought closer together, a bathroom with a washbasin, a shower, a hairdryer.
An independent toilet with a hand basin.
FIRST FLOOR:
A room with a double bed 160.
A room with two single beds 90 that can be brought together.
A bathroom of 10 m2 with shower, WC, washbasin and hair dryer.
Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
Deposit £500.
End of stay cleaning mandatory: £160.
Pets allowed with a supplement of £35.
Electricity to be paid in addition from mid-September to mid-June.
Household linen included: sheets, blankets, duvets, pillows, towels and tea towels.

The owner waters only local species planted in the garden in the evening and in the morning. The house's glazing is thermally insulated.
