Description
We propose that you participate in a cooking class in the heart of historic Aix-en-Provence with a passionate chef, Mathilde.
You will create a meal in a small group numbering 8 persons maximum.
The menu will follow the rhythm of the seasons, all in joy and good humor!

During this cooking class, you will learn techniques, tricks and know-how which can be used for many other recipes.
Cooking classes take place in a kitchen on the second floor of a bourgeois apartment in Aix-en-Provence.

Program / Schedule of the day
You will start the morning by a visit to the market which is mere steps from the shop in order to obtain the fresh products necessary for the preparation of the meal.
Then the class will take place around a central island allowing for exchange, conviviality and ease.
You will cook an entire menu: an appetizer, an entrée and a dessert.
At the end of the class you will have the pleasure of eating that meal together.
