This pleasant Gite with swimming pool to share is located near the center of the village of Fontvieille, at the border between the Regional Natural Park of Camargue and that of Alpilles, in the département of Bouches du Rhône, in Provence.
The Gite is located at less than 1 km from the center of the village and the first shops and restaurants.
Known for the famous "Letters from my mill" by Alphonse Daudet, Fontvieille is a typical Provencal village. You can visit the writer's mill, discover the castle of Montauban and the abbey of Montmajour, architectural jewels whose construction began in the 10th century.
Culturally speaking, Fontvieille and its surroundings are rich in history and heritage.
Gastronomically speaking, the region is not to be outdone! In Fontvieille, you are surrounded on all sides by the numerous wine and olive growing areas of Provence. Olive oil and wine combine, each season, to delight the taste buds of Provençals and visitors alike.
A few steps away from Fontvieille and this pleasant Gite with swimming pool, you can discover the thousand and one wonders of Provence! Arles (5km), Les Baux-de-Provence (5km), Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (10km) or Saintes-Maries-de-la Mer (50km).

On the practical side, Fontvieille has small and convenient local shops, accessible on foot from the Gite, and a supermarket. The first hypermarkets are in Arles, 5km away.
If you arrive by TGV, choose Arles or Avignon. For an arrival by air, the closest airport is Marignane (50km).

The entrance is through an electric gate.

This pleasant cottage with swimming pool in Fontvieille has a living space of 35m2, distributed on 2 levels. It benefits from the coolness of an electric air conditioning and mosquito net.

2nd FLOOR : To reach the first floor, the access is done by a spiral staircase which is rather narrow.
