PROVENCAL COTTAGE (70m²) located in the countryside of ROUSSILLON (Provence, Luberon). You are approximately 1km from the village centre and shops.
The village of ROUSSILON is renown for its unique colours and its commanding position that allows for a beautiful view of its environs. The small alleyways in the village are stunning. Quality restaurants and artists will share with you their passion for their crafts. You are also at the gateway to the Trails of Ochre and Cliffs of ROUSSILON.

The cottage is adjoining the owners' house, protected from view. It is located in the heart of a 4000m² wooded parc.
Swimming pool (10x5, depth 1,50-1,70, secured access, open from the 1st of june to the 29th of September) to be shared with the owners.

2 bedrooms ' 1 bedroom (20m²) with a double bed. 1 bedroom (32m²) in mezzanine with 2 single beds.
1 Washroom with 1 sink, showe and WC.

Sleeps : 3 people maximum; Pets are not allowed. Baby equipment is available (high chair)
4 Bikes are available for you to rent.
Visitor's tax according to applicable rate, to be paid in addition to the rent.

Low energy bulbs are used for interior lighting. Electric appliances enter sleep-mode automatically.
