Located at the foot of the mountain known as Petit Bessillon, the trail offers hikers the chance to admire an interesting panorama of vegetation. The different species are illustrated on markers placed along the route. Open all year round, the Fr\u00e9gouri\u00e8res trail is open free of charge to anyone wishing to enjoy this amazing experience.<\/p><p>In general, hikers will proceed as follows when crossing the Fr\u00e9gouri\u00e8res trail: first, they will take the right-hand turn off Rue des Puits, then leave the village along a tarmac road. Next, hikers will follow a path to the left, past the oratory, before entering an undergrowth. Climbing slightly uphill, they will come to the oak tree nicknamed \u2018Picornier\u2019. Visitors continue along this path shaded by Austrian pines, which were planted on the site after the forest fire in 1964. It takes no less than 2 hours 10 minutes to complete, and starts near the Grande Salle polyvalente \u2018La Fraternelle\u2019 in the village of Correns. <br \/>With a height difference of 41 m, the Chemin de l&#8217;\u00e9cluse offers visitors the chance to take a walk through the olive groves and vineyards of the small Correns basin, which is fed by the River Argens. This is a great opportunity for wine lovers to sample some of the region&#8217;s wines. Wine is one of the region&#8217;s top products.
