Since its creation, it has never ceased producing olive oil! The centuries-old production methods have remained unchanged, as has its impressively rich architecture.<\/p><p>Nestled in the heart of the Proven\u00e7al village of <strong>Maussane-les-Alpilles<\/strong> and built in 1610, this historic Proven\u00e7al building with vaulted ceilings retains a unique charm and authenticity.<\/p><p>Originally owned by the <strong>Seigneur de Manville<\/strong>, the mill was initially private.
