The olive oil domain has belonged to the same family for four generations. The fascinating cultivation of the olive tree has always been an essential part of their lives. Each generation, in turn, has inherited the knowledge of their elders, while enriching it with their own experience, steadily improving the quality of their products.
After wandering through their olive groves, the owners will offer a tasting of their specialties: a green fruity olive oil, olives, traditionally-made fruit preserves, without forgetting the 'Redonnale', a specialty of pickled olives, made only on this domain.


DESCRIPTION OF THE OLIVE OIL DOMAIN
The Mas de l'Ange is an estate located in the heart of the regional park of the Alpilles. It has belonged to the same family for four generations
The property covers 7hectares of olive trees, one hectare of various fruit trees and 0.5 hectares of vegetables.
The domain currently sells an AOP certified olive oil labeled 'Valley of the Baux de Provence', olives and derivative products as well as traditionally made fruit preserves.
